I have a template that all items in a board need users to fill out for. Is there any way that I can upload the template to Monday.com (maybe through Monday docs), have the users fill it out, and then send it/receive it back signed from a signature platform?
What would be the easiest way to achieve this?

Would using a form work for this?
To create a form, click on the blue plus like you are adding a new board, but instead of selecting new board, select “New Form”
From this page you can edit the form with different question types (multi/single select, short/long text, and even a signature field along with many other options)
