I am a brand new user, so bear with me please…We are using Monday.com for grants management. I have created a board template with a form that I want to use for each grant to track expenses. The automation for the board is working fine, but the form that is associated with the template board doesn’t show up on the new board created from the template. How do I automate the form so that when it automatically creates a new board there is also a new form for that board?

I just ran a quick test, setting up a basic board with a form, saved it as a template, and then when I populated a new board from that template, the form came with it too, and I couldn’t replicate what you’re describing.
Sounds silly, but could it be possible you saved the template before you added the form view?
If not, I would recommend refresh/new tab/new browser and see if it still doesn’t include the form.
