Using email address from mirror column - Parsing information from a contact into a deal item

Hey there.

I’m using the CRM workspace to gather leads and then convert to Contacts. When I create a Deal in the deal board, I link it to a Contact and I’m trying to minimize the number of times I have to type information into the board, for obvious reasons. I have linked and mirrored columns that reflect the email address and other things from the contact, in the deal item, but when I try to do an email automation in the deal item, I can’t select the column containing the email address because it’s not an email column, it’s a mirror column.

How do I get the email address from the contact item, into an email column or a text column, in the deal item, without having to type it in manually.

The details that there is a free plan but once you installed the app, you are only getting a 14-day trial??

You get both, the first 14 days is at a higher level. After that it changes to the free level.
