I am using forms to collect registrations for an event I’m running. I am then manually adding them to the Outlook calendar invite. Is there any workflow or automation that could speed this process up?
You can create an automation of ‘when item created send email’ and then have that link go to them. They’d then need to click on it to accept/deny for it to show on their calendar.
There is also a 3rd party app (Calendar invite) or you could look at using make.com or zapier.
