Hi, We are using the Monday WorkForm to build a survey that is sent out annually to all 49 departments and within these departments are 93+ programs. We are collecting things like changes to their deadlines etc Instead of making one long survey we cut it down to 7 different surveys. However, we also select to use the “Form Response Viewer” when one department submitted their survey and once, they finished all the 7 surveys we planned to combine it all for 3 important parties to go through one more time at all the 7 surveys and signed it. The Form Response View pull out all the questions instead of ONLY the questions that were answered.
Any suggestion on how to best address this?
