We are interested having our sales team start using Monday’s CRM and we are hopeful we can call out from the app using our phone numbers. We have Telus Bizconnect a whitelabled version of RingCentral.
We are also open to using Twilio but we need to control the outbound caller ID
Hey @midtowncapital, thanks for posting in the community! You can call out of monday.com directly through our Phone Column or using the Twilio Integration, like you mentioned You can change the alphanumeric sender ID in the Twilio integration.
