Hi @KiraK I am really struggling with the “Approved days off” for some reason which is throwing everything else off. I’ve redone the whole thing like 3-4 times now with no change in outcome. Is there something I’m doing wrong with this formula or something?

The issue could be with your quotation marks. Try copying the one below:
IF({Approval}="Approved", {Work days off}, "0")

Hi @KiraK, I believe the template is no longer available to add to our own Monday.com. When I try to add the template, it leads me to the homepage of my Monday.com without adding your template. Is there any chance to fix this? Thank you in advance.
So the second one doesn’t show up for me. Is this feature no longer available?
