I am the admin for my team and I was wondering if it is possible to view either the ‘my work’ or ‘all assigned tasks’ for one of my team members?

Click on “Customize” in the My Work screen.
A sidebar will open on the right, and in the People section, you should be able to select other people you want to see the items of.
