VOIP/PBX integration

Does some one has a good suggestion how to integrate Monday CRM with a proper PBX/VOIP application in such a way contacts can be called (By PC) straight from the CRM and calls are logged and connected to the contact person?

If so pls let me know how you did this integration and with which VOIP vendor.

You can set up VoIP as your default calling software on your PC in most cases, and when you click on the phone number field in monday․com, it can launch your VoIP. We use RingCentral but I believe many of them will work the same way.

As far as bringing the call record back into monday․com, you would need to do that with an integration through something like Integromat or Zapier. We’ve built similar systems for our clients for their SMS text messaging on platforms like Twilio. As long as your VoIP platform of choice allows integration and can provide the data back to other systems, you should be able to bring the logged call into monday․com just fine.
