I am currently encountering an issue integrating a webhook between Monday.com and the Make automation platform. Despite several attempts and verifications, I still cannot establish the connection. I am reaching out for your assistance in identifying and resolving this issue.
Context:
• Objective: Send information from a Monday.com board to Make using a webhook.
• Trigger used: “When an item is created, send a webhook”.
• Webhook URL: I used the URL generated by Make (e.g., https://hook.us1.make.com/…).
• Board in question: Candidat Audition.
Problem Encountered:
When I configure the webhook URL in the Monday.com integration, I consistently receive the following error message:
“Failed to communicate with the provided URL.”
What I have already verified:

URL: The URL has been copied and pasted correctly without spaces.

Webhook Activation: I enabled listening mode in Make by clicking “Run once” or “Redetermine data structure”.

Direct Connection: When testing the URL in a browser, it successfully returns a response “Accepted”.

Firewall and IP: I have not identified any firewall restrictions blocking HTTP requests.

Test with Webhook.site: The Webhook.site URL successfully receives requests, which confirms that HTTP requests are being sent correctly from Monday.com.
Question:
Could you help me understand why Monday.com cannot communicate with the webhook URL from Make? Are there any specific configurations to check or settings to adjust?
