I’m looking to add a chatbot feature to our website that also integrates with our monday CRM (for sales leads).
I’ve looked at quite a few website specific ones, and they are either not a fit and/or costly.
Ideally, it would be good to not only capture leads at our website, but secondly be used as a communication messaging system with our clients for support and new work enquiries.
Does anyone here have any experience with this or point me in the direction of a system that we could implement or extend/integrate ourselves that is also inexpensive?
