Hi, I would like to request a new feature:
This will include a weekly (or custom time) report, in which all the updates, including notes, mentions, changes in every column from a board or several boards are summarized in an email for a team/s.
This will be different than the update widget and the feed since they only include manual updates on the item and not changes in the status or dates, text columns etc.
Also, I cannot do that with automations since I want information from several items to be included instead of having one email per item which will saturate my colleagues inbox.
I have already spoken with the support team and there is nothing that could solve this at the moment but it will be of great value for my team so please can you consider it for development in the future?

I am working on automations to help capture status changes in the updates section… but its still not everything like you are suggesting.
But yes… 100% I NEED THIS, especially for meeting summaries.
I find it hard to believe that only out of the 127 viewers… i am the only person who has voted for this… as this would solve the VAST majority of my issues.

Thank you Giselle! I have found an app that maybe somehow of a solution but it is not perfect still, maybe it can help you! It is called Analysis and Reports by Screenful. I am in a free trial and it seems promising but it would be awesome that monday implements this in the platform for all to use.
I would love for it to be integrated within monday work. Also, the report is sent as an attachment to the email. In an ideal world, the summary would be within the email. It lets you customize the report but there are some limitations, it cannot detect the changes that are made, it works by saying the status of new items or current items. I would love the focus to be on the changes, so if there is an update on a item, this would be displayed or if the estimated due date is modified it states it clearly.
I like the app and my team has purchased it, but there is room for improvement in my case.
That’s a great request, would be super-useful for my team as well! We are doing weekly status updates in a high-level Projects Overview board that has all the projects from my team as items, and I would love to have the ability to send a report/export the updates from this board every Friday filtered by owner/status/etc. Would be a game-changer since now we have to do it manually
