Hello, I am writing to you today to request the development of a new feature with the Twilio application. Currently, it is possible to send SMS messages with the Twilio application by creating automations from Monday, for example, “when a status changes to something, send SMS to someone”.
I have a Twilio account, and with it, it’s possible to send WhatsApp messages, but this functionality is not yet available in the Twilio application on Monday. I would like to have the same automations for sending WhatsApp messages as we have for SMS, for example: “when a status changes to something, send WhatsApp message to someone”.

This is right up my alley. I can extend Monday’s Twilio integration to include WhatsApp messaging, giving you the same smooth automation experience you currently enjoy with SMS. This will involve leveraging Twilio’s API to enable WhatsApp messaging within Monday.com triggers, such as “when a status changes to something, send WhatsApp message to someone.”
