Hi,
It is very strange, but when I add a person into the People Column, it disappears after a while, sometimes even in a few seconds.
The items are connected with google calendar, and further checking showed that when I change some details for this item AND the event is updating google calendar - the People column is resetting and being cleared!!
Have you seen this issue before, and do you know how to solve it please?

This definitely sounds buggy! Can you confirm if the same issue occurs when you try loading your board in an incognito window and then assigning someone in the Person Column?
Do you happen to have any automations or item default values set up that may change or clear the People Column?
If none of these steps fix anything, get in contact with us here so we can troubleshoot this with you and escalate to our technical support engineers.
I reconnected my google calendar and it solved the issue.
