I have built a Wordpress plugin which acts as a ticketing system using a Monday Board to hold all tickets (items) and replies (subitems) split out into different companies (groups).
The plugin provides templates for ‘View Tickets’, ‘Single Ticket’, and ‘New Ticket’, and form submissions create the items or subitems in Monday.com.
It includes features like file attachments, email notifications for user and admin, ticket status, time multipliers for priority, Monday user assignment, ‘mark as done’ - and all the other standard fields and features you’d expect in a ticketing system.
Users are set up in Wordpress an associated with Companies, and users can be associated with multiple companies, and select whichever company they would like to submit a ticket for.
I’m trying to gauge interest to see if this is something that the community has a need for. If so, I will look to make it publicly available in due course.
