Work Schedules- Simultaneous

When assigning a team to a work schedule there is only the capability for 1 schedule to show on workload view. Would it be possible for a person to be assigned to 2 work schedules and teams simultanously, and for this to the work schedule view.
For example I have 2 work schedules set up “4 day week” and “Netherlands”. For someone working a 4 day week in the Netherlands, I must currently choose between him showing as unavailable on Fridays or on Public Holidays, but not both.
