I want to use a Workform as response form and send the link in an email. That part works fine, but is there a way to link the response form to a particular line item instead of Monday creating a new line item?
For example, I’m sending out an email with a link to a customer complaint to the local system, as well as a link to the created response form. That all works well, but when the response form is submitted, it is treated as a new line item, when I would prefer it be treated as an attachment to the original complaint/line item.
Seems simple enough, but I have not been able to figure it out.
Currently, Workforms does not support updating current items on the board. For this, I recommend using the SuperForm app.
