I’ve created a workspace and added members to it (they’re not owners just members).
Why they cannot see the folders and boards of the workspace (which are Main, not private and not shareable)?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues here!
Are you able to confirm what type of users these are (i.e. Team Member, Guest or Viewer)?
Additionally, are you able to share with us some screenshots of what you’re seeing on your side as compared to what they see when they log in?
Please be sure not to include any sensitive data in your screenshots 
Once I have a little more information we can dive deeper in to this!
