Please revise the Write Updates via Email approach to send/include them under the Emails and Activities tab (if active) instead of under Updates, or create a similar link approach that sends the email to E&A. We are tracking some emails through E&A, but have to forward some that get missed. Those forwarded emails get posted under Updates and get lost in the thread.
