Zapier and Quickbooks Online Integration with Monday.com

Hello! We are an accounting firm that needs to track billable time based upon projects. We have both flat fee clients and clients who we adjust billing for as well (hourly). We are trying to track time using Monday.com and pushing it into Quickbooks Online using Zapier. With the exception of once (and not properly tracking what we want), it is not pushing time into QBO. I googled error and it said to that the time has to be in hh:mm format and cannot have seconds. In the time tracking feature I can change it to not show the seconds by unchecking the box in the column settings. However, it still shows seconds when using the Zap. So when inputting a “Start Action” in Zapier and describing triggers you cant trigger using the time tracking column (and I think this is due to the column tracking having seconds). Do you know if there is a way to turn off that feature ? Or a work around for it? We also tried using a formula column in lieu of using the time tracking column and that is not working properly. Does anyone have a solution to what we can do?
