Love the platform, but it would be truly transformative if a team was able to send out emails from a board using a shared email address.
We have automated processes where we would love to have an email got out once a certain process stage is reached. However, it needs to come from a shared outlook email vs the individual user’s email.

You may want to look at the Advanced Formula Booster which offers the ability to send transaction emails through Mailgun and SendPulse (both of which have a free plan, particularly generous when it comes to SendPulse).

I’m currently trying to switch out an individual email account for a shared mailbox to send emails with the outlook.com integration, so I will be sure to share my feedback with their team as well.
@Bperez1231 Hey I’ve actually been commenting on all problem similar to yours where we solved this problem with a Monday App to overcome this, its called SharedMailer and it does exactly what you and I struggled with.
its in Early Access right now so I wont show up in marketplace until I complete all the requirement to get app approved like the documentation and everything.
