Hi everyone!
We feel the need to bring under your attention this feature request, as it’s been asked by many clients who indeed can’t access all of their most important Salesforce information from monday due to this limitation.
It would be crucial to add the “Account Customer” field within the Salesforce integration recipe.
We understand this is currently in a field type (Standard Reference field type) unsupported for the integration, but we hope there could be a resolution and a further development of this in the near future, as our client is potentially reconsidering the usage of monday due to this one feature missing - critical info to know when handing customers!
