Salesforce integration with existing items

Hi there,

We are using the Entreprise edition Salesforce integration, which works perfectly for new items: a monday item is created when a certain condition is met on the Salesforce entry, and the different fields are then synced.

However, we have been filling in the monday board manually with items in the past, that are connected to multiple other boards. We would like to keep these connections, and add the integration feature of syncing the Salesforce fields. Is that in any way possible?

Things we’ve tried:

  • Creating new items with the integration, then merging the existing items using the Date Clean View app, but this doesn’t keep the connections and Salesforce integration feature.

Is there a way to achieve this goal?

Hi @jdfont4 , with zzBots you can use the batch sync feature to sync any past data in Salesforce over to Monday.com as new items. You can set up a bot to sync both 1-Way or 2-Ways with Salesforce and Monday.com. Your bots will sync new and updated data and keep your apps in sync and up to date in realtime.
