Our apps are automation based, when using monday.com’s native triggers, we only “know” that automations was created at the first time it runs.
This harms our ability to support activation using emails (we don’t know they haven’t yet created the first automation) and it also harms some of the functionality we wish to provide. As an example - In our app board report automation, we want to show a report template to the automation creator as soon as they create the automation (before the first report is sent) but we can’t tell that someone added an automation.
