Add the ability to choose whether incoming emails are logged to the Activities timeline.
At present our timeline is being swamped by incoming emails, including out of offices/auto replies and read receipts. This makes for an inefficient feed.
If would also be useful if you could filter on incoming/outgoing emails seperately
Nothing has happened with this. The problem we have is that the system is logging ALL incoming emails if their address is in the CRM, including emails not in the thread that was BCC’d.
This makes it useless as there are so many irrelevant messages tracked.
