Description
Currently there is are only two options in Monday CRM with regards to showing emails sent to or received by a client via outlook to appear in the emails & updates section.
Below are the options in the settings menu of Monday CRM - Users can select which option they’d like to choose:
Log outgoing emails from your Gmail or Outlook inbox:

Automatically log all my outgoing emails from Gmail/Outlook into Emails & Activities timeline.

Only log outgoing emails into Emails & Activities that are BCCed to the address below:

For my business for the most part we have no issue in team members viewing emails related to a client - This is super useful when viewing a live deal in the “Deals” board. However, for example if the CEO wants to send a private email to a client or supplier in our contacts list it’s a real pain having to decide on a default option & then having to remember to BCC the "mycompanyname"@crm.monday.com if you go for Option #2.
What are you trying to achieve
Currently Monday.com do not have a better solution for this. Has anyone found a go around or better option to handle this using any third party apps? Better still - If anyone has the same issue / challenge in their business with regards to this, please can they petition Monday.com to find a fix for this ASAP.
