Adding content from an item/pulse into a workdoc template via fields?

Can I automatically add content from a column into a workdoc? For example, let’s say my board is full of items (pulses) that are job applicants. When I create a workdoc from a template in the Docs column I already created, can the workdoc be titled “Interview notes for {pulse.name}” or something like that, so the person’s name auto-populates into the workdoc?
