I have successfully connected a board and mirrored my 1st item. How can I extend this to the next 500 existing items in the board, without manually mapping each one?
Seems like it must be a basic thing? I would love to then add additional mirror columns too.
Type in Match in automation templates. I usually create a status column for this. when status changes to done, match and connect this column with this column for board X. (something along those lines). Example is matching a lead’s email address to a contact record in CRM. You can select 500 items at a time to do this ‘connect’.

What Bruce said is right, just keep in mind that this does take an automation so if you’re on Pro, that could use up a chunk of your allotment.
Just wanted to thank you both for your suggestions above. I continue to be surprised at how complicated a relatively easy update is on this platform. I will instead export these boards, do a basic vLookup in excel, then reimport them.
The frustrating thing is that Monday.com does not allow imports with groupings so I will have to get creative to retain them.
