The items in each project need the ability to be weighted so that there is accurate progress tracking. For example, as is, “remove roof” and “email client contract” have the same weight and marking them complete would add the same amount of progress to the project. However, emailing the client takes about 2 minutes and removing the roof takes 4 days. So marking “remove roof” complete should advance the progress bar further than “email client contract”.
