Adjust view of workload widget

I would like to be able to customize the view of the workload widget. Even in the daily view, the columns are sometimes too narrow, so that you can’t read all of a person’s tasks easily or have to click on the tasks individually. An alternative would be that when you click on the respective person, an overview of the pending tasks opens, in which the tasks are then completely readable.
