Aggregate tasks across boards

Hi! I am relatively new to Monday, but have been using tools like it for quite some time. My question is hopefully pretty basic:

Our manager needs to look across several boards (~20) to view her teams work. She is looking develop a rough view of workload for each of us and potentially at blockers.

I am thinking like a “My Work” but instead a “My Team’s Work”. Can we do that with a “Following” column? Could she then track say milestone tasks status across boards somewhere if she follows all the milestone tasks?

Is this built-in functionality, something we’d need to customize, or more of an outside reporting development? Thanks in advance!
