Hi, I am Noa from the monday.com product team and I am excited to share that we released a feature that lets you categorize text columns to any status columns’ labels, with the new AI categorize block in automation.
What can you do with this feature?
- Save time by letting AI auto-categorize your columns
- Can be used for any desired use case such as:
- Auto-categorizing requests by urgency, type, related topic, etc.
- Auto-categorizing feedback by sentiment, requested feature, etc.
AI-powered categorization works best when
- It’s based on informative text
- There are 2-8 high-variability, self-explanatory labels in your status column
