All emails being recorded to board, despite BCC rules being followed

I’m hoping someone can help with an issue we’re having with email integrations.

All emails are being recorded into our contacts board, including those that weren’t BCCed to the board’s unique email address. Every team member has checked their settings, and all accounts are configured correctly to only log outgoing emails when they are BCCed to the specified board address. Despite this, Monday seems to be capturing all email correspondence.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have suggestions on how to fix it?

When all emails get logged regardless of the BCC setup, it can quickly clutter your boards. While this looks like an issue with the native email integration, you might find our Email to Tasks for monday.com app helpful.

It lets you selectively convert only the emails you want into tasks on specific boards, giving you more control over what actually appears in monday. That way, you can keep important communication logged without pulling in every email by default. :rocket:
