BCC function - Emails & Activities

I’m helping a colleague with her Monday account and we can’t seem to get any of the emails to the client to copy over in “Emails & Activities” even if she’s using the BCC address. She’s sending the email to the client email associated with the item but nothing is copying over.

I know in my account it seemed like it took a week or so before Monday started seeing these emails and showing them in “Emails & Activities.”

Is there some sort of trick to get this to work or is it just finicky?

I’m also having this problem and it’s broken my entire system! No matter what I do I can’t get the BCC’d email to show up in the emails and activities app. Hopefully someone will from Monday will pick this up soon!
