While we can set permissions for non-owners to create items on the board, we can’t allow them to import unless they are board owners.
We have editors working on the board who are able to create and edit items freely, but for some reason they can’t import items. This means a team member gets a report ready every morning, then sends it to the supervisor to import. If supervisor is out of town, an unrelated support member has to import the file, instead of any of the other qualified team members.
We cannot allow them to have full owner permissions for plenty of reasons, but we want them to be able to import jobs, just like they are able to create them.
What are you trying to achieve
Non-owners who have permission to create items on the board should be able to import items as well, or there should be specific import permissions that we can assign.
