Currently use of the “Creation Log” (system field) is not supported to be used in automation recipes. It will be great if the already populated date via Creation Log is treated as a date in automation recipes and can be used instead of adding yet another date column as the item creation date to trigger events.
Hi @skmdc I fully support this I am wanting to filter for results by comparing the creation log date column to another date column but this is not possible without this feature request
I was looking exactly for this feature. Does anyone know if the “Creation Log” column will be present on future automation recipes?
Also, would be nice if the “Last Updated” also be on automation recipes.

No news on this feature request 
I came up with an alternative to this issue:
- Create a Date column
- Open the Automation Column and create a new automation
- Use the recipie: When Item created → Set Date (column) to Today
This was the only option I could think to create an “creation log” that can be used as part of other recipies…
For example: After 3 days of the “creation log” > notify client regarding the quote" and then set the status to “something”
