Allowing editing or adding of automation recipe in the middle of a sequence of multiple recipes

Is there anyway that I can add or edit a recipe to a sequence of multiple recipes?

Example, I have a sequence of automation that has 6 steps. for Recipe no.3, I would like to change from “assign person” to “assign team”.

I have checked with support online chat - I am currently unable to change the recipe from “assign person” to “assign team”.

It seems like I have to create the recipe from scratch or delete the recipes 3, 4, 5, 6 and recreate all of it just to change recipe no.3 so that it is in sequence.

Is there a better way of doing this?

Can you please share a screenshot of the recipe you’re referring to so I can test this? You should be able to make edits or adjustments to most automation recipes so I’d like to take a closer look to make sure there are no other contributors at play :pray:

We are also encountering this issue and if you edit content it basically puts all the contacts in the sequence in a stopped status. Also, you aren’t able to change settings.
