I currently have two boards, on Board 1 there are two columns and around 4,000 rows, the column structure will not change, but the data will be updated weekly, as the Account Managers often change and new Unique ID Numbers are created.
The columns are -
- A Unique ID Number
- Account Manager
On Board 2, the column format is different but I have the Unique ID Number as a column.
I need to find a way to automate updating the Account Manager on Board 2 when there are changes. So I would need something that can do something like the below.
In a cell/column have a formula to look at the Unique ID Number column on Board 2, locate this in the Unique ID Number column on Board 1, then return the Account Manager from Board 1, obviously on Excel this is a few seconds to write a VLOOKUP, but this is not an option from what I can see.
Is there anyway this can be done? I am happy to try other things that do a similar function, it would just save me hours of manual work weekly to enter these changes.
