I’m trying to create an automation that occurs on a specific date annually, for example Nov. 4 every year. To remind our clients about their subscription. I can’t find a way to omit the year on any reminders so an action occurs on that anniversary date every year, not just this year or next year.
Hi @staceface - welcome to the community. Once you have the date set (say Nov 4), you could just use an automation to push out the date 12 months 1 day after it arrives.
This way you only need to keep a single record that will be triggered each year and pushed to the next year.
