Archiving can save account storage?

When archiving board, groups or items:

  1. Will it save a portion of my storage consumption? How many percentage?
  2. What is the maximum retention period for the archives? if there’s any.

As the new moderator in the Community I just wanted to reach out here as I can see our team has not responded to this.

I’d be happy to clarify!

  1. Archived items, groups or boards will count towards the storage capacity. The amount of storage they take up will be dependent on the amount of data there is being archived.

  2. Currently there is no retention period for the archives - these are kept available indefinitely for you.

Here you can read more about how to view your current Storage capacity within the admin panel.
