Hello!
I would like, as an admin, to be able to send out custom one-time notifications to specific groups in our monday account. I often find myself deploying new automations and functionalities for our different teams in our differents workflows. Those new functionalities don’t necessarily impact our 190 users but may impact a good chunk of them. At the moment, if I want to manage change with a specific teams, I need to “manually” identify who is affected by the change, and reach out to them by e-mail.
In order to manage change efficiently, I would like to be able to push a notification through the monday UI without having to create an item in a board and relying on the “@everyone on this board” or teams tag. Ideally, we should be able to target four levels:
1- All users (with the option to omit Viewers and/or Guests)
2- All users on a particular board (with the option to omit Viewers and/or Guests)
3- All users in a team.
4- A custom list of users.
I’m curious to know if others could benefit from such a functionality.
