Auto assigned ticket based on requestor

I’m trying to set up an automation that will automatically assign the agent based on the requestor. Any ideas on how I can make this work in Monday Service?

Would an automation like this work for you:

When an item is created, and only if Requestor is Requestor 1
Then Assign Agent 1 as Assignee?

I’m not sure this will work. The requestor is not a member of Monday. Example is one of our customers submitting an email request to my company. Our group email is integrated into Monday, so it automatically creates a ticket. We want to be able to auto assign the requestor to a specific agent because they manage that customer’s account.
