Auto refresh of information between connected boards

Hello to all of you,
I tried to solve my problem, using various combinations and various automation’s, but I could not find a solution that solves it.

So, I have to come and bother you by asking a question, which will probably solve other friends’ problems, as you will see in the pictures, I have a Board of my clients (ΠΕΛΑΤΕΣ),

You see that I have a column with the customer name, and after a few columns I have a linked column

with the technical department.

In the technical department board, I have each customer in groups, and within each group are the jobs we’ve taken on for each one individually.

For example, the first customer has 6 items, the second 2, the third 1, as you can see in the pictures,

I did this so that I can see at a glance, through the client table, how many jobs we have on each client and what percentage of each client’s jobs we have completed.
And if I go to OPEN, which appears next to the customer name, the following table appears

The process, as I’m sure you know, is to go to the linked column, click, and through the dialog box that opens, select one by one the tasks we’ve done for the client.

My question is simple, since I have in both boards the same names, wouldn’t it be very nice to be able to link under the customer item (table ΠΕΛΑΤΕΣ - group Contacts), the group with the same name from the Technical Department board, so that every time an employee enters a job for a customer, I don’t have to go through the boards one by one and link the new job under the customer’s name.

thank you very much for the suggestion, unfortunately it didn’t help, since it wants to compare 2 columns to find the match, so I have to have the client’s name in one column while I have it as a title in the group.
