Automate received emails with a ticket number to attach to the same ticket number in

Hope all is well
Have you looked into the Email & Activities add on from
It allows you to connect you email account to the items in
You can send emails direct from Monday, and any replies automatically get tracks through Monday against the same item
There are also lots of Automations that can be accessed.

There might also be an integration that can be done if your ticket emails are arriving from a different piece of Software
