Currently, when I create and download an invoice, it saves into my Downloads folder as “Quote 1” , “Quote 2” etc. I have to rename every one of them before sending to a client. Can these be automated to even create the name as “invoice” if that’s what it is called in the form?

You can check out the Paysaro app, which assigns your invoice number as the title of the file, so whatever you assign as the invoice number will be used as the title of file.
It also has several benefits which you can find here
