Can I connect these Items with any Board in ‘Quotes & Invoices’ view, so that we don’t have to add the items manually?

I agree, having the option to save products as separate items and adding them directly from a fixed a list would help greatly when doing quotes.

It would be great if you could automate the ‘item’ field to pull information from specified columns

You might want to check out the Paysaro app. It allows you create invoices, quotes etc by selecting items right from your monday.com board.
