Quotes and invoices

Hi
New to Mondays, We work in and out of the office and often check each others work to prevent mistakes.
We have been using the quotes and invoices and have found that If for example, i create a quote, my colleague cannot go in and amend it.

My view v my colleagues view

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be great, I presume its a setting hidden somewhere

Hm, just to check, are there any item level permissions that could be getting in the way here?

If not, your colleague is definitely a member in the account (and not a viewer/guest)?
