Is there an option to send a dashboard to individuals via email, instead of subscribing them to the dashboard? For example, is there an app with an automation that can automatically send a bi-weekly report from a project overview in the dashboard to a person?

There is a app - “Board Automation Reports” which can be used to create two automations for bi-weekly scenario.
You can set one for every first of the month and other for every 15th of the month.
