I am looking for some guidance regarding an automated push of Tasks and Sub-tasks.
I have a Real Estate Property board, once the property progresses through the process and reaches a certain stage I need for it to generate a set list of Tasks and Sub-tasks.
1st Phase: Buyer Offer (Task) with Disclosure, Notify Listing Agent etc. (Sub Tasks)
2nd Phase: Under Contract (Task) with Collect earnest money, Send accepted contract to lender etc. (Sub Tasks)
I have found an automation for creation of of sub tasks once an item is created (When an item is created create a subitem) but is there an automation to create the initial task?
Obviously there could be several properties pushed into this series so I need it to maintain several at a time.
