I am working on creating a Transaction Coordinator work flow specific to Real Estate. I’ve reviewed the Real Estate template and am using it to guide creating something from scratch. The issue I am running up against is wanting to connect a “Listing in escrow” task list to a specific property on my property board. I have the 30+ item list in one board and the properties in another. This list is used for all listings once under contract so it is a list that will need to be repeated for other properties in the future. Is is possible to create an automation that utilizing that list when a status changes from “LIVE” to “In Escrow”.
